Enabling opportunities through sponsorships

In the Sponsorship Program, we bring together interested people who would like to get involved with refugees and people who would like support. We are still looking for more participants!

What does the application look like?

Very flexible! You and your tandem partner can decide for yourself when and where you want to meet and what you want to do together. Our suggestion: about once a week for 1-2 hours. The rest is up to you.

A sponsorship is possible between individuals as well as between families.

You can get to know other sponsorship tandems at exchange meetings and further training.

During the time of your commitment, we will of course be available to answer any questions you may have.

Do I have to know a certain language?

No, foreign language skills are not required. It is more important that you have the time and desire for helpful and enriching encounters.
German learners should have a language level of at least A2.

In a non-binding initial meeting, we will discuss the process, advise you on the possibilities and answer all your questions. Afterwards, we will look for a suitable tandem partner for you and bring you together.
